ABOUT DEANDRA COLEMAN
She's Been Her
She always knew.
It just took twenty years to trust it.
THE FOUNDATION
From Boardrooms to Living Rooms.
From Executives to Style.
All of it — Deandra Coleman
There is a version of Deandra Coleman that the world almost never got to meet. She spent years building a corporate career that looked exactly like success — six-figure salaries, award-winning campaigns, titles that commanded respect in every room she entered. And she was good at it. Exceptionally good. But underneath the accolades, something was always quietly insisting that this was not the whole story.
She had always been able to create beautiful things, beautiful spaces, beautiful lives. She just had not yet been given — or given herself — permission to make that the work.
Deandra Coleman is a Life Branding Strategist — a title she did not find in a job description but built from the inside out, the same way she teaches her clients to build everything that matters. You cannot build an extraordinary life from the outside in. The work begins where no one else can see it — with what she believes she deserves. Your space. Your image. Your presence. Your brand. All of it becomes a natural, unmistakable extension of the woman you have always been, living at full volume.

THE STORY
The moments that built this
01
The Woman Who Saw Her
You don't belong here.
You are bigger than this.
In her twenties, a woman looked at Deandra and said something that offended her at first — and stayed with her for decades after. She said she did not belong in the space she was in. Not as a slight. As a recognition. She painted a picture of the life Deandra was actually meant to be living — expansive, beautiful, full of ease and intention. Deandra heard it. And then, like so many of us do with the truest things, she set it aside and got back to being practical. But it never fully left.
02
Playing Smaller Than She Was
She had always taken up the right amount of space. The world just
was not always ready for it.
Some people in Deandra's life were intimidated by the ease with which she commanded a room — and made sure she knew it. Others recognized it as the gift it was and told her plainly: you are going to be something remarkable. She spent years navigating the difference between the two — learning to trust the voices that saw her clearly and release the ones that needed her small. That navigation became the foundation of everything she teaches today.
03
The Degree They Said No To
She tried to build this business
in college. They told her it
was not a viable idea.
As an undergraduate, Deandra pitched her university on a custom degree — one that wove together business, interior design, marketing, communications, and courses across multiple schools. It was unconventional. It did not fit neatly into an existing department. And they turned it down. What she did not know then was that she was not describing a degree. She was describing The Deandra Effect — the business she would spend the next twenty years unknowingly building toward.
04
The 90 Days That Changed Everything
She gave the workshop one day.
It gave her back everything.
Before her 45th birthday, at a moment of genuine crossroads — no corporate job, a consulting firm that was not clicking, a quiet creeping discontentment — Deandra made a decision. She enrolled in a transformational workshop she was skeptical about and told herself she would give it one day. One day became ninety. And in those ninety days, something clarified that had been trying to surface for two decades: every career move, every creative pursuit, every award won, every life transformed — it was all pointing to the same place. This place. This work. This woman.
The degree they turned down in college was not a failed idea.
It was a twenty-year prophecy.
She is living it now.
