Black Coffee Talks is a revolutionary, podcast and support group aimed at assisting women of color support each other in the day to day struggles of navigating their way to the top of the corporate ladder.  Birthed from the affects of intersectional invisibility experienced in the workplace or from clients, Black Coffee Talks’ goals are to find solutions to help each other, resources to advance each other and support to uplift each other.

The Podcast

Black Coffee Talks - Aimed at pulling back the veil on the black women's experience in corporate America, Black Coffee Talks sheds light on the struggles and challenges of black women trying to carve out a significant voice at their place of work and the in the advancement of their career.Black Coffee Talks dives deep into topics such as intersectional invisibility, white fragility and diversity and inclusion.The goal is to be a support for black women, a sounding board of advise and a source for building new corporate cultures in which minorities are both valued and heard.


The Podcast engages with black women who hold diverse roles in corporate America  to discuss topics related to the black, female experience in the workforce.  

The Support Group

Our support group meets virtually twice a month in a group forum where we will first discuss a general question from the group then we will turn our energy towards the specific member and any issues she may be having in her quest for visibility and inclusion.
